Username: ngrd.one      Password: clock Principals Message Student Pride at OES I’m so proud of our students’ efforts and enthusiasm outside of the classroom! Our Handbell Choir did a wonderful job performing at Artsfest as well as the kickoff for Education Week at Division Office. The Grade 7s have been busy! The Basketball teams took pleasure in their wind-up event, playing hard against the staff and parents, before enjoying treats and many took part in the Badminton Tournament, honing their skills in friendly competition. The Green Team members have been working hard to educate the student body about new ways to take care of our Earth and volunteering their time to keep our playground spic and span. This dedicated group, along with Mrs. Hetherington, treated our students to “worms and dirt” in celebration of Earth Day. Thank you! Students will also have the opportunity to show their school pride at their Celebration of Learning. This special day allows your child to demonstrate their learning, share evidence of their growth and receive recognition for their achievement during the course of the school year. Each grade level’s program will be approximately one and a half hours long. An invitation will be sent to you in early June as a reminder of this special event that marks the end of the 2011-12 school year. Please mark your calendars! May is packed full of exciting events and fieldtrips, so make sure you check the calendar on our website for the latest postings. Many students are taking part in the Mini-Handball Jamboree and everyone is actively preparing for the Sports Day events that occur at the end of the month.
